This agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the resident or user) and Devlok Dwellings, located at C.V. Raman Marg, Delhi. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the portal.

• Verified local vendor directories for home maintenance.
• Event coordination and neighborhood management tools.
• Peer-to-peer homeowner forums.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the portal without prior notice, though we strive to maintain consistent service for all community members.

3. User Conduct & Obligations

As a member of a Devlok Dwellings managed community, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. Maintain the confidentiality of your Resident Login credentials.
3. Use the homeowner forums respectfully, avoiding any harrassment, foul language, or illegal content.
4. Respect the privacy of other residents as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

Devlok Dwellings acts as a facilitator for community interactions. While we verify vendors, we are not responsible for the quality of work performed by third-party providers listed in our directory. Devlok Dwellings shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our digital platforms.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
